When Almira became co-founder of the outsourcing company AlNAt in Ust-Kamenogorsk, she already had strong expertise in accounting and tax compliance. The company helped entrepreneurs manage bookkeeping, file reports, restore accounting records, and navigate financial matters. However, growing the business required a new set of skills—not just technical expertise, but leadership and management capabilities as well…It was at this stage that two mentors, Anastasia Yurchenko and Svetlana Aleksandrova, entered her life. Through the program, they reached out to Almira themselves, and the connection became a major turning point in the company’s growth.

As a Professor of Practice at AlmaU, Tatyana Sapa taught courses on ISO 20700 for consultants pursuing CMC certification, as well as courses on succession planning in family businesses. Her ambition extended far beyond simply sharing knowledge. She wanted her students not only to understand complex management concepts but also to find inspiration in them and apply them in their own lives and careers.

As a professional instructional designer and methodologist, Almira understood the importance of a systematic approach. That is why she intentionally sought guidance from master mentor Albina Imasheva, hoping to find tools that could help align business goals with personal purpose, family values, and a long-term vision for growth.
